Led by Gary Hawkins, the team at Hawkins Hospitality provides customized solutions for hotels – ranging from short-term project work to long-term revenue management engagements. In addition to consulting on high-level strategy and asset management as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer, the Hawkins team can manage the day-to-day lever pulling as a hotel’s dedicated revenue manager.
